Why is my Account Inactive?

There are a few reasons why you account can be labeled as "inactive."

1) If you have not logged on for 180 days or more you account status will be changed to inactive. This removes you from email updates. You products are still there but you will need to submit a ticket for me to reactive for you. The main reason for this is because passwords need to be updated.
2) Unsubscribing from emails from this server. I am required by LAW to have unsubscribe links at the bottom of all emails. If you unsubscribe from the list here you account is set as inactive to prevent any further emails from be sent to you. Submit a ticket to be reactivated.

If you unsubscribe I am bound by the laws of North America, and the EU.
