Before you submit a ticket there are a few things on a checklist to consider. They are as follows:
1) What website are you on? Kyusho University, books, video courses? Add the URL or name of the site to your ticket!
2) Be specific about your problem. "I cannot login" does not tell me much. Are you getting an error message? If so what is it?
3) Delete your browser cache
and try again. 9 times out of 10 it is a corrupt cache.
4) If that does not work tell me if how you are accessing. Mobile or Laptop? Which browser are you use?
This will help assure a fast response and that your problem gets resolved quickly.
